Get crafty with Crackers this Christmas
The clocks have changed and with Halloween and Bonfire night almost behind us, the count down to Christmas really begins. For me it starts in Blackpool Winter Gardens, where for the past 12 years I've sat watching my daughter compete in a national ballroom dancing competition. I've wiled away many happy hours reading interior magazines in between nail-biting rounds looking at trends and ideas.
This year, an article about Christmas crackers really got me thinking about having a go at making them myself. And luckily for me I've got a large range of little gems in the shop to put inside them. All thoughtful, useful and fairly inexpensive. From a handy pair of scissors disguised as a pen to a compostable cotton scourer, a set of colourful measuring spoons or a cute wooden scoop would make great gifts for crackers or unique table presents.
Now a quick YouTube tutorial and time to get creative. Happy crafting!
