Deliveries in the sunshine
Wow, what a beautiful morning to be out and about. Fabulous bright blue sky, hardly a breeze and not a cloud in sight at the mo. Without the coronavirus Richmond would be absolutely buzzing this week and next, Easter just around the corner. Spring has sprung with blossom on the trees, butterflies and ladybirds in abundance in the garden, everything waking up again after the long winter.
Of course my shop like lots of others has closed for the foreseeable future. Goodness knows when I'll get reopen and I feel really sad when I have to visit the shop - its feels very forlorn and abandoned. However, it's been really heartening to have a few local enquiries via my website, Facebook and Instagram to see if I am able to deliver things locally, which I am more than happy to do.
This morning I've been doing just that and it's been wonderful to see some of my customers getting a few items delivered to the door. Easter and birthdays are still happening and if you want a little treat to brighten up these long days, just message me via email, Facebook or Instagram.
I’m really looking forward to getting this virus behind us and hopefully able to get on with summer in Richmond as it should be, packed full of visitors but for the moment the best thing we can do is stay safe.
